TV Today Network is divesting its FM Radio Broadcasting business (3 stations) via an MOU with Abhijit Realtors for Rs. 10 Cr. This unit, which contributed 1.41% of turnover and incurred a Rs. 10.54 Cr loss last fiscal, allows the company to sharpen focus on core areas.
