    Swaraj Suiting Limited — Board Meeting, 25-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Swaraj Suiting's board approved raising ~Rs. 103.28 Cr via preferential equity issue and ~Rs. 160.40 Cr via convertible warrants. They also increased borrowing limits to Rs. 1000 Cr and loan/guarantee limits to Rs. 75 Cr. An EGM is planned for shareholder approval.
