    NDL Ventures' Board approved the merger by absorption of Hinduja Leyland Finance (HLFL). Shareholders will receive 25 NDL shares (FV Rs. 10) for every 10 HLFL shares (FV Rs. 10). HLFL reported FY25 income of Rs. 4473.33 Cr and net worth of Rs. 7299.23 Cr.
