    NDL Ventures Limited — Board Meeting, 25-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    NDL Ventures' board approved the merger of Hinduja Leyland Finance into NDL. HLFL shareholders get 25 NDL shares for every 10 HLFL shares. The merger is effective April 1, 2026. Shah & Modi were also re-appointed as Internal Auditors.
