Sellwin Traders Limited has formalized a Strategic Share Swap Agreement to acquire a 36% stake in Patel Container India Private Limited's (PCIPL) container manufacturing project near Bhavnagar. This investment, based on an independent valuation, will be executed by Sellwin issuing its equity shares at a minimum of ₹15 each. The project has secured a ₹20 Cr term loan from State Bank of India.
