Western Ministil's Board approved increasing authorized capital to ₹13.5Cr and a preferential issue of 40 lakh shares and 68.43 lakh warrants to certain investors. They also raised borrowing limits to ₹200Cr. An EGM on Dec 24 will seek shareholder approval for these moves.
