Kesar India Ltd — Important, 26-11-2025: Company Update

Kesar India Limited has established Kesar Infraventures Private Limited (KIPL) as a wholly-owned subsidiary to expand its business operations. KIPL, incorporated in Nagpur, will specialize in civil contracting, engineering, and construction across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects like roads and bridges. Kesar India acquired 100% control of KIPL for Rs. 1 Lakh in cash. KIPL has an authorized capital of Rs. 5 Lakh and is yet to commence business, hence it currently has no turnover. This strategic move aims to broaden Kesar India's project capabilities.
