The company received Rs. 5.55 crore from allottees as the final payment for these conversions. This move increases the company's paid-up equity capital to Rs. 56.36 crore. Previously, the company had allotted 12.90 crore convertible warrants. Following this latest conversion, 50 lakh warrants remain pending, indicating that most warrant holders have exercised their conversion rights and adjusted the capital structure.
