La Tim Metal & Industries, with its promoters, has entered a development agreement with ELTRIA LANDS LLP to create a gated community of residential plots. The project will develop 49.42 acres in Raigad, an area gaining strategic importance due to infrastructure upgrades and real estate potential. Under the agreement, the developer will handle planning, execution, and sales. La Tim and its promoters will receive 25-30% of the net revenue from plot sales. The company anticipates generating approximately 70 crore in revenue from this first phase of the project, expected to complete within three years of initial approvals.
