Hampton Sky Realty has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on December 18, 2025, at 12:00 Noon IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, eliminating the need for physical attendance. This allows broader shareholder participation. Shareholders can cast their votes electronically through e-voting or remote e-voting. The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is December 11, 2025. Remote e-voting will be open from December 15, 2025 (9:00 AM IST) until December 17, 2025 (5:00 PM IST).
