O. P. Chains Limited's Board has approved significant new appointments. Mrs. Swapnla Gupta, an accomplished Company Secretary, and Mrs. Praneeta Varshney, a practicing Company Secretary and Law Graduate, have been appointed as Additional Independent Directors for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval. These additions are expected to enhance corporate governance and compliance. Additionally, the Board appointed Mr. Aman Parashar as the new Internal Auditor for the upcoming financial year, replacing the previous auditor.
