The board authorized Narayan Kutty Menon, Whole-time Director & CEO, to identify buyers and negotiate terms for the sale of the company's factory premises, a move previously approved by shareholders. Additionally, the board appointed Ms. Falguni Kumawat as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Ms. Kumawat, a qualified professional with 10 years of experience, will assume her role on December 1st. This enhances the company's compliance structure and progresses a strategic asset divestment.
