ROSE MERC LIMITED's Compensation Committee approved the allotment of 12,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 10. These shares were issued to employees who exercised stock options under the RML ESOP II - 2023. The exercise price was Rs. 150 per option, generating Rs. 18 lakh for the company. Following this allotment, the company's issued and paid-up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 5.94 crore, comprising 59,42,824 equity shares. This move expands the company's share base and is part of its employee incentive program.
