Kridhan Infra's Board approved Q2 & H1 financial results. H1 FY25 consolidated profit hit ₹1.49 Cr, significantly aided by ₹67.55 Cr from exceptional items. The board also gave in-principle approval for a ₹41.59 Cr preferential issue of 10.27 Cr warrants to strengthen equity.
