Bodhi Tree Multimedia Limited — Board Meeting, 27-11-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bodhi Tree Multimedia's board approved acquiring 20% of entertainment media firm Lehren Networks for ₹1.20 Cr via a share swap. To fund this, the company will issue up to 12 lakh new equity shares on a preferential basis, subject to shareholder approval at an EGM on Dec 30, 2025.
