Midwest Gold Limited has established a new 100%-owned subsidiary, GOOD ENERGY (PVT) LTD, in Sri Lanka. This new entity, indirectly owned by Midwest Gold, has a share capital of LKR 300,000,000. It will operate in the renewable energy, clean energy, and battery energy storage systems sectors.
