Keerthi Industries has announced a delay in completing the slump sale of its Electronics Division to Hyderabad Bottling Co. Private Limited. The transaction, valued at INR 36 Crore, is now expected to close by 31st December, 2025, due to pending regulatory, bank, and operational formalities. This strategic sale aims to reduce the company's significant debt of over INR 55 Crore, including bank facilities and unsecured loans. Proceeds will save approximately INR 3.6 Crore in annual interest expenses, improving profitability and cash flow. The Electronics Division contributed 19.87% to the company's total income in FY25, and this move is expected to strengthen the balance sheet for shareholders.
