Cressanda Railway Solutions has disclosed an inadvertent non-compliance regarding the change in its Registered Office. The company approved the shift in August but initially did not disclose the new address details in its filing with the Stock Exchange. The new office, effective September 30, is at 2nd Floor, Innovative Info Park, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, moving from Nariman Point. A separate disclosure to the Stock Exchange for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs approval was also missed. Attributing this to an internal oversight, the company has now rectified the lapse with a detailed filing and strengthened its compliance processes to prevent future recurrences.
