BEARDSELL's Fixed Deposits (Rs 5 Cr) rating by CARE Ratings was upgraded to 'CARE BBB; Stable' from 'CARE BBB-; Positive', reflecting the company's sound financial health and normal operations. Separately, CRISIL continued its 'Crisil B+ / Stable' rating under the 'Issuer Not Cooperating' category, as BEARDSELL switched its rating mandate to CARE.
