The company's Board approved the conversion of 2,58,000 Convertible Warrants, previously issued to a promoter, into an equal number of Equity Shares. The warrant holder paid the balance consideration of 1.5093 Cr, leading to the allotment of new shares at Rs. 78 each. This conversion generated a total of 2.0124 Cr for the company. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital increased by 2,58,000 shares, raising the promoter's stake from 36.31% to 38.26%. This strengthens the promoter's commitment and increases the company's capital base. All newly allotted shares are subject to a specified lock-in period.
