Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals' Board has approved key leadership changes. Dr. Yogananda Moolemath was appointed as an Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Mr. P N Vijay, an existing Independent Director, is now the new Board Chairman, while Dr. S N Vinaya Babu transitions to Vice Chairman. Concurrently, Mr. Methuku Nagesh will chair the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. These organizational shifts aim to strengthen governance.
