Company allotted 5.8 Cr equity shares by converting warrants, raising INR 130.50 Cr from Plutus Wealth Management LLP and Soansrishti Properties. This increases the paid-up capital to INR 214.79 Cr (21.48 Cr shares). Approximately 79.88 lakh warrants are still outstanding.
