The company has reported the transmission of 399,999 fully paid-up shares from a deceased promoter group member, Late Mr. Vivek Gurushantappa Lature, to his legal heir, Ms. Sakshi Vivek Lature. As a result, Late Mr. Lature will cease to be part of the Promoter Group. The updated promoter and promoter group shareholding will be reflected in the shareholding pattern for the quarter ending December.
