Neogen's subsidiary formed a JV with Japan's Morita Group to produce LiPF6 salt for Lithium-Ion Batteries. This collaboration leverages tech/manufacturing strengths to tap the growing LIB market and gain international access. Morita invests USD 20 million (~166 Cr) for 20% in the JV.
