Kesar India Ltd — Important, 28-11-2025: Company Update

Kesar India Limited has established a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Kesar Gold Projects Private Limited (KGPPL), to expand its operations in the real estate, construction, and development sector. Kesar India acquired 100% of KGPPL for a cash consideration of Rupees One Lakh. KGPPL, though newly incorporated with an authorized capital of Rupees Five Lakh and a paid-up capital of Rupees One Lakh, is yet to commence its business. This strategic addition enhances Kesar India's capacity for future projects within its core business.
