Velox Shipping and Logistics has agreed to invest INR 15 Crore to acquire a 98% stake in Anchorage Shipping, a partnership firm. This strategic move aims to expand Velox's business operations and explore new investment opportunities within the shipping and logistics sector. Anchorage Shipping, founded in 1986, specializes in freight forwarding, customs house broking, and cargo handling. The target firm reported a turnover of approximately 51.74 Cr and a profit of around 0.52 Cr for FY 2024-25. The investment, a cash transaction, is expected to be completed by December 2026.
