The Investment Trust Of India Limited — Important, 29-11-2025: Disclosure of material issue

The Investment Trust of India Ltd (THEINVEST) has announced that ITI Gold Loans Ltd (IGLL) is no longer its subsidiary. THEINVEST chose not to participate in IGLL's recent equity share issuance, despite earlier approvals to do so. Consequently, IGLL will now be classified as an Associate Company, which will change how its financial results are reported by THEINVEST.
