    UNO Minda Limited — Board Meeting, 01-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Uno Minda's board greenlit acquiring the remaining 49.9% stake in Uno Minda Buehler Motor for ~₹10.64 Lakh, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary and terminating the JV. They also approved investing up to ₹40 Cr in their EV subsidiary, UnoMinda EV Systems, for working capital.
