Yatra Online Limited — JV/Acquisition, 01-12-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Yatra Online Limited (YOL) has completed the merger of its six wholly-owned subsidiaries (Yatra TG Stays, Yatra Hotel Solutions, Yatra For Business, Yatra Corporate Hotel Solutions, Travel.Co.In, and Yatra Online Freight Services) into itself. The NCLT-sanctioned merger became effective on December 01, 2025. This move simplifies the corporate structure and streamlines operations. Importantly for investors, there will be no change in YOL's paid-up capital, meaning no dilution for existing shareholders. The subsidiaries are now dissolved. YOL's authorized share capital stands at ₹46.58 Cr.
