This allotment is a critical step in their Scheme of Amalgamation, issuing 1,445 Ashika shares for every 1,000 Yaduka shares held. Consequently, Ashika's paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 38.19 Cr (3,81,90,464 shares) to Rs. 44.72 Cr (4,47,24,971 shares).
