JSW Infrastructure reported a strong Q2 FY26, with total revenue up 26% YoY to ₹1,372 Crore and H1 FY26 revenue rising 23% YoY to ₹2,686 Crore. EBITDA grew 18% YoY to ₹716 Crore for Q2 and 14% to ₹1,387 Crore for H1. PAT was ₹369 Crore for Q2 (down 1% YoY) and ₹758 Crore for H1 (up 13% YoY). Overall cargo handled increased 3% YoY to 28.9 MT in Q2 and 4% to 58.2 MT in H1, driven by South West Port, Jaigarh, and Dharamtar. Logistics arm Navkar Corp saw strong growth, with domestic cargo up 46% and EXIM cargo up 20% in Q2.

The company aims to significantly boost capacity to 400 mtpa by FY30 from 177 mtpa, leveraging brownfield expansion, greenfield port projects like Oman (27 MTPA) and Keni, and privatization opportunities. Logistics expansion is a key focus, targeting ₹8,000 Crore revenue and ₹2,000 Crore EBITDA by FY30. Recent developments include progress on Tuticorin and JNPA liquid terminals, and commencement of work on Jatadhar Port and the Odisha Slurry Pipeline. Financial health remains robust with Net Debt/Operating EBITDA at 0.75x and investment-grade ratings. Management anticipates strong growth from India's economic expansion and infrastructure build-out.
