Ashika Credit Capital Limited's Promoter and Promoter Group, along with Persons Acting in Concert, reported a change in their shareholding. This follows the amalgamation of Yaduka Financial Services Limited into Ashika Credit Capital, approved by the National Company Law Tribunal. As a result, Ashika Credit Capital allotted 65.34 lakh new equity shares. Out of these, 65.05 lakh shares were allotted to Promoters of Yaduka, who are also part of Ashika Credit Capital's Promoter Group. Their total holding in Ashika Credit Capital increased from 50.88% (1.94 Cr shares) to 55.75% after this transaction.
