HCG: Healthcare Global Enterprises Limited has informed the Exchange about Appointment of interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on December 01, 2025, has approved the appointment of Dr. Manish Mattoo, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, as the interim Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in accordance with Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.The appointment shall be effective from December 01, 2025, and shall remain in force until a new Chief Financial Officer is appointed by the Board of Directors and assumes office as the Chief Financial Officer.
