Precision Electronics has informed shareholders about a special six-month window, from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026, for re-lodging requests for physical share transfers. This applies to requests submitted before April 1, 2018, that were previously rejected or returned due to deficiencies. Shareholders can resubmit these requests with corrected documents to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. Importantly, shares re-lodged for transfer will only be issued in demat form after completing the transfer-cum-demat process.
