    TechEra's Board scrapped a prior 16% stake sale in KalbhorZ (Rs. 2.00 Cr). It approved selling 26.02% (4586 shares) of KalbhorZ to Mr. Nishant Kalbhor and M/s Karan Shah (HUF) for Rs. 3.25 Cr. KalbhorZ will cease to be a TechEra associate.
