Galaxy Agrico Exports has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Forgex Rings Private Limited, a non-related entity. This agreement facilitates the sale and transfer of its entire business undertaking related to manufacturing and trading of Agricultural Equipments and Bearings (Forged Rings). The transfer includes associated assets, liabilities, licenses, employees, and contracts, on a slump sale basis as a going concern. Shareholders had previously approved this strategic divestment through a special resolution.
