IRB Infra sold its VM7 Expressway subsidiary to IRB InvIT Fund for 513 Cr cash, transferring project debt. IRB will manage the project for ~15 years, securing up to 244.57 Cr. This improves IRB's debt-equity ratio and bolsters capability for future growth.
