    Tata Chemicals Limited — Credit Ratings, 01-12-2025: Credit Rating

    CARE Ratings has assigned 'CARE AA+; Stable' to Tata Chemicals' ₹1,500 Cr Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The agency also reaffirmed 'CARE AA+; Stable' for ₹1,700 Cr NCDs and ₹1,300 Cr long-term bank facilities. Short-term bank facilities of ₹2,000 Cr were reaffirmed at 'CARE A1+'. This reflects a strong credit profile for the company.
