Brainbees Solutions Limited — JV/Acquisition, 02-12-2025: Acquisition

Brainbees Solutions' subsidiary, Globalbees Brands, has upped its stake in HS Fitness Private Limited, acquiring an additional 6.49% for INR 2.40 Cr. This increases Globalbees' ownership to 86.49%. The strategic move strengthens Brainbees' control over the popular "REACH" fitness equipment brand and its services. While HS Fitness itself saw turnover decline to INR 7.59 Cr in FY24-25, the 'Reach' brand generated over INR 17.5 Cr across Globalbees' subsidiaries. This acquisition further consolidates the company's hold on a key brand, streamlining operations and market presence in the fitness sector.
