NRB Bearing Limited — Updates, 02-12-2025: Press Release

NRB Bearings announced a Joint Venture with Italy's Unitec (Mondial Group) to manufacture industrial Cylindrical Roller Bearings (CRBs). NRB will hold at least 75% stake. Unitec, with over €60 million annual revenues, will buy back 20% of the JV's production, enhancing NRB's industrial portfolio and market reach.
