Saksoft reported consolidated net sales of ₹258.49 Cr (Qtr) and ₹507.57 Cr (H1), with net profit at ₹35.97 Cr (Qtr) and ₹68.31 Cr (H1). An interim dividend of ₹0.45 per share was declared. A scheme to merge Augmento Labs into Saksoft is also in progress.
