Deep Industries has acquired a 70% stake in Deep Natural Resources (DNRL) by purchasing 3.5 lakh shares for Rs. 1.13 Cr. DNRL, specializing in heavy vehicle and crane hiring, reported a FY25 turnover of Rs. 2.37 Cr and net profit of Rs. 0.17 Cr. This strategic move aims to enhance operational capabilities, leverage synergies with Deep Industries' oil and gas field services, and drive cost optimization. DNRL will now operate as a subsidiary, promising improved efficiency for the parent company.
