Awfis Space Solutions incorporated Awfis Transform Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary with an authorized capital of 0.1 Cr and paid-up capital of 0.01 Cr. This entity will focus on design, build, and execution of various projects, including fit-outs and engineering, and will absorb Awfis's existing Design and Build undertaking.
