SBEC Sugar Ltd — Important, 03-12-2025: Company Update

SBEC Sugar Limited reported the outcome of the open offer by SBEC Systems (India) Limited and its PACs. The offer aimed to acquire up to 1.239 Cr equity shares, representing 26% of the voting capital, at ₹21.19 per share. Despite 1.239 Cr shares being tendered by public shareholders, none were accepted. This was due to shareholders not meeting eligibility criteria specified by a Supreme Court Order. Consequently, the shareholding of the acquirer group and public shareholders remains unchanged.
