    Shradha Infraprojects Limited — Board Meeting, 03-12-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

    Shradha Infraprojects' board approved changing the company name to Shradha Realty Limited, pending shareholder approval. The board also greenlit an investment up to Rs 3 Cr in subsidiary Mrugnayani Infrastructures. An EGM on Dec 27 will vote on the name change and a previously approved subsidiary investment.
