Micropro's board appointed Ms. Sudha Ramchandra as an Independent Director, pending shareholder nod. It also approved Anu Bajaj & Associates as new statutory auditors, replacing Banthia Damani & Associates, subject to shareholder approval. The CSR Committee was also reconstituted.
