Prima Industries announced that Non-Executive Director Mrs. Sarita Jindal resigned, citing personal reasons and professional commitments. Earlier, an Independent Director had also stepped down. To maintain strong governance, the Board has now reconstituted its committees. Mrs. Hemalatha G, an existing Non-Executive Independent Director, has been appointed to these committees.
