Mr. Neerav Bairagi has announced an open offer to acquire 26% of JMG Corporation Limited's voting share capital, totaling 60.21 lakh shares, at ₹5.30 per share. The total consideration for this offer is ₹3.19 crore. This follows his agreement to purchase 36.62% (84.80 lakh shares) from current promoter Mr. Atul Kumar Mishra at ₹4.20 per share, totaling ₹3.56 crore. This acquisition will result in Mr. Bairagi gaining control and becoming the new promoter of JMG Corporation, while the current promoter exits. The company stated there is no intention to delist shares.
