This strategic move, valued at approximately Rs. 5.41 crore paid in equity and cash, aims to enhance operational efficiencies, achieve cost savings, and expand revenue streams by broadening product offerings and customer base. Jay Laxmi Snacks reported recent turnover figures of about Rs. 3.10 crore and Rs. 6.31 crore. The acquisition is anticipated to finalize within six months, reinforcing the company's competitive stance.
