NCLT sanctioned a composite scheme: Lily Commercial will merge with DCM Shriram Industries (DCMSR), followed by demerging DCMSR's Chemical and Rayon businesses into two new companies. This aims for focused management & shareholder value. DCMSR is liable for an outstanding tax demand of ₹27.16 Cr.
